Job Description
As a CRM Configurator you will be working closely with our practice manager and the rest of our
Manila team to design, develop, implement and support CRM Applications.

In this role your responsibilities will involve:
(i) Gathering and documenting application requirements.
(ii) Designing application functionality, screens, workflows and database backbends.
(iii) Planning and tracking progress of your project activities and liaising with other team members in
Manila as well as our Australia team and clients as required.
(iv) Deploying, maintaining and support Web Applications both internally and for clients.

Skills and Experience
A successful CRM Configurator MUST have very good English speaking, listening and writing skills. She/he will be well-organised, methodical and perseverant in developing high quality web applications. As a CRM Configurator you will also have a good understanding of end to end software development lifecycle.

Strong technical background and hand-on experience is required in any of the following Enterprise
CRM solutions:
•  Microsoft Dynamics CRM
•  Oracle Sales Cloud
•  RightNow
•  Siebel CRM

Strong consideration will be given to candidates with CRM Certifications on any of the above software products

Full-time availability is required for this role.

Benefits
Salary range between $30,000 PHI and $50,000 PHI per month depending on skills and experience.
