As a telemarketer co-located with our Manila team you will be the key person to drive our telesales activities.
Your role will be focused identifying, nurturing and developing new sales opportunities to help growing our Australian
In this role your responsibilities will involve (i) identifying target list accounts from well-defined micro-industries (ii) profile, qualify, segment and prioritise target accounts list (iii) obtain contact details via various sources such as LinkedIn and/or purchased lists (iv) call clients to execute campaigns (v) capture campaign responses and new opportunities identified in our CRM system (vi) monitor and plan next campaigns (vii) follow-up on opportunities and leads.
Both full-time and part-time preferences will be considered for the Telemarketer role.
Skills and Experience
A successful telemarketer MUST have excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills. She will be well-organised, self-motivated and target-oriented with a sharp view on identifying quality leads and great opportunities. As a lead telemarketer, you will have a successful track record from previous experiences and a �hunter� instinct when it comes to sourcing and approaching new leads, combined with a "farmer" skill to nurture and build upon the client relationships. Excellent use of computer software is critical for this role including Internet Browsing and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using LinkedIn Premium functionality is also critical to use and manage for contacting and developing leads. Lastly, experience using any CRM system for capturing leads, opportunities, campaign responses and client notes will also be considered as added value.
Salary range between $25,000 PHI and $35,000 PHI per month depending on skills and experience.
