Executive: Professional Services is responsible for sourcing and recruitment to serve the manpower requirements of client for South East Asia.
Overall 6 months + of IT Recruitments and experience working on SAP will be added advantage.
Working closely with team lead to deliver the defined SLAs.
Minimum 6 months prior related experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative role
Minimum 6 months of experience with MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced recruiting environments
Ability to work efficiently without constant direction
Ability to prioritize and work in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Sourcing the candidates as per job description through job portals, social media, LinkedIn and other tools.
Schedule candidate interviews and assemble candidate files
Administer applicant tracking system, including preparation of reports
Schedule feedback sessions on candidates interviewed
Prepare recruiting metrics and feedback summary of candidate interviews
Facilitate pre-employment reference and background checks
Build the relationship with candidates and create the pool.
