Inclusive fees payable per hired employee are based on the salary and benefits s/he is currently receiving

and on the amount of experience the employee already has.

PNI offers Executive Search Fee of 13% to 20% of annual salary depending on the level of position.

PAYROLL OUTSOURCING
PNI specialists administer employees’ payroll, keep records, and handle all other employment requirements

as well as providing periodic reports and proof of payments for remittances such as SSS, ECC, Medicare and

the like.

The total billable amount of payroll outsourcing employees follows the equation:

Salary & Benefits + 10% (Payrolling fee)

The benefits an employee include mandatory Social Security contributions and the staple benefits package

the company offers it employees.

STAFFING
Clients can freely choose and hire their own staff from PNI Recruitment Outsourcing’s pool of qualified
candidates and have them under our employ.

Our HR team will perform all recruitment and selection tasks involved in building up and expanding your

offshore team. Our HR team will report on attendance using automated fingerprint scanners, holiday

and sick leaves, inform you about upcoming public holidays, report on work attitude, and handle all other

HR-related tasks.

BILLABLE AMOUNT per month= Salary & Benefits + 20% (HR, Admin and management Fee)

STAFF HOSTING
PNI Recruitment Outsourcing provides hosting services to clients. The office resources are used for
your employees here in the office. PNI Recruitment Outsourcing offers payroll and administrative
functions as well as providing staff, workstation and facilities to reduce the clients’ operating costs
and maximizing operational efficiency.

The total billable amount of payroll outsourcing employees follows the equation:

Employee on Cost + 20% (management fee) =BILLABLE AMOUNT

Employee cost consists of salary and benefits and the workstation the company will provide for the employee.

Inclusions in the Employment On-costs are as follows:
